Phase 4 – The Elite Heart Health Phase

Many people will choose not to enter this phase. While it will provide for significantly better overall heart health, it takes much more time and commitment to complete.

To complete phase 4 of the Heart Health Program you will have to:

  • Ability to maintain moderate intensity aerobic physical activity for 300 minutes per week
  • Complete of a 10K, half-marathon, triathlon, or 50 mile bike ride
  • Continue strength training twice per week
  • Reach ideal body weight
  • Reach body fat percentage in “Athletic” category (14-20% for women, 6-13% for men) ©2024
