5.42 Avoid dehydration
Exercise should be a part of your weight loss plan. With exercise comes sweat. You need to rehydrate well to keep your body healthy. Also, drinking plenty of water before or during a meal can help you to eat fewer calories. A lot of people don’t realize that you do get quite a bit of water directly from the food itself that you eat. If you reduce your calories, you will be taking in less water from food sources as well. Drink lots of water. Also remember to avoid sugary drinks (especially sports drinks) as they just add empty calories. You can hydrate with just water alone. If you tend to sweat a lot try fruits high in water like watermelon.
