4.18 Give Yourself Some Alone Time

Everybody is different in regards to their need for time to themselves. Some people need a lot while others need only a little. If you are a person that really enjoys being by yourself and you are not giving yourself that much needed time, there will be negative consequences to your stress level and health. It may be subtle, but it is definitely there.

Read a book. Meditate. Take a walk by yourself. This is a good excuse to have some quiet time.
