4.17 Be Social

Spending time with friends and family, simply having a good time, is an effective stress reliever. Laughing and doing other leisure activities can go quite a long way to help you keep your stress level low. Be sure that this social time avoids unhealthy activities such as eating out or drinking alcohol.

Get an exercise partner. Take a walk with some friends. Join a book club. Do something that gets you social and your stress level will be much lower.
