Look at that! Staying physically active and eating healthy can reduce your stress! This is well proven. Do not think to yourself that you must reduce your stress BEFORE starting the HeartStrong.com program because the program itself can help relieve your stress!

When you eat a healthy diet, your body will be more ready to deal with the stresses of life. Not overeating portions and reducing sugar can dramatically help with the “crashes” that you can get from these unhealthy eating habits, which end up making you tired and less able to cope with stress. Using drugs, alcohol or smoking do indeed relieve stress, but just for a short time and come with enormous negative effects on your health, so don’t do it.
