4.15 Start Doing Things to Relieve Your Stress

You know how important dealing with your stress is for your health and you have identified your personal stressors, now its time to actually do something about it. Here are some methods you can use to lower your stress and some other resources to help as well:

  • Exercise and eat healthy
  • Be social
  • Give yourself some alone time
  • Use the four A’s: Avoid, Alter, Adapt, Accept
