What is more fun than watching that weight go down on the scale or seeing your muscles grow with strength training? Make a chart or graph and see the trend. Once you have reached your goals, print out that chart and keep it forever in a place where you will see it to remind yourself of all the work you did to get to where you are. This will keep the motivation to be sure you don’t let yourself get unhealthy again!
