3.87 Relax and Reward Yourself

Don’t stress out over reaching your goals quickly or progressing your physical fitness at a rapid pace. Just take your time and relax! You will get there and enjoy the path to that heart healthy state for as long as you can.

Be sure that once you reach a goal you reward yourself. If there is something you have wanted to buy, but thought it unreasonable … well if you reach your goal, it could be a perfect reward! Just avoid making that reward calories that will make your progress go backwards of course!
