3.82 Don’t Exercise Alone

Some people are “introverted” and like to exercise alone to have some quiet time to themselves. Many people, however, really need the company of others. Getting an exercise partner or joining an exercise group is a great way to have fun while being physically active.

Most gyms have classes such as aerobics or “spinning classes” that you can join. There are plenty of running or cycling groups out there as well. Have your spouse join you or a sibling or a friend. An exercise partner not only can make things more enjoyable, but motivate you to achieve your goals.
