3.75 Other Activities

Many other activities can count towards your aerobic activity including certain sports like basketball or soccer, aerobics or dancing. Also, you can get an excellent aerobic workout in using other machines such as an elliptical machine or rowing machine. As long as your heart rate gets up or you perceive significant exertion, then you are doing the right activity.
