3.72 Jogging or Running (not sprinting)
Many of the same rules that apply to walking also hold true for jogging or running such as starting slow and working your way up and not increasing your weekly distance by more than 10%.
First of all, it is important to note that most people who have not exercised in a while should NOT start out with jogging or running. They should start with walking first and if they do well can evenually start to jog.
