3.45 Make a Schedule

People are busy and exercise takes time. There is no way around it. As you start your HeartStrong.com Heart Health Program, there will be increasing amounts of physical activity you will do throughout the 4 phases. You need to make a set schedule and be consistent with your exercise.

Many people like to exercise first thing in the morning. In the morning you are well rested and more mentally alert. If you have to go to bed an hour earlier so you can wake up and hour earlier, then do it. Otherwise, just get a weekly calendar and write out when you are going to exercise. Exercising the same time each day helps to keep you consistent.
