Balance TrainingBalance training is the last type of exercise and can be helpful in many ways. Having good balance helps with daily activities such as walking and doing stairs. Keeping good balance can help prevent falls as we get older. Many people are not aware how poor their balance is until they try some balance exercises which include:

  • Standing on one foot
  • Walking heel to toe
  • Walking in a straight line
  • Tai chi
